Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Timeline: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
Customized Items: Please note that products specifically tailored or customized to your unique requirements are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
As part of our commitment to “Design, Comfort, and Reliability,” we conduct thorough quality checks before delivery.

We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Please note that shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
Customized Orders: Since production begins shortly after confirmation, cancellations for customized furniture may be subject to a restocking fee.
After-Sales Support
We pride ourselves on providing “consistent after-sales support”. If you experience any issues with your furniture after the return period has ended, please contact our team to discuss repair or maintenance options under our product warranty.
